Personalised CV writing service
Kaeros produces individual, bespoke career documents based on your specific intake. It is not a template service.
One-time payment, no subscription
You pay once per order. There are no recurring charges, memberships, or renewals.
One free revision included
Every CV order includes one free revision round after delivery if you need adjustments.
Cancellation before writing starts
You can cancel for a full refund if our team has not yet started work on your order.
Limited refund once writing starts
Once the personalised writing process begins, the order is generally non-refundable under EU consumer law exceptions for bespoke services.
Accurate information is your responsibility
The CV is written based on what you tell us. Please provide accurate, honest information.
Kaeros — Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of kaeros.app and all Kaeros services, including free CV reviews, paid CV writing, CV improvements, cover letters, LinkedIn reviews or makeovers, interview preparation, coaching sessions, career-document services, and related digital or human-assisted services. By using Kaeros, creating an account, submitting a CV, requesting a free review, purchasing a service, booking a session, or accepting checkout terms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Kaeros.
2. Who we are

3. What Kaeros provides
Kaeros provides career-document and career-support services. Depending on the package purchased, services may include CV review; CV writing or rewriting; HR/quality review; cover letter writing; LinkedIn profile evaluation or makeover; future CV improvements; role-specific adaptations; interview intake sessions; coaching or interview-preparation sessions; concierge career support; and related support. Package details, prices, currencies, included services, delivery estimates, and availability are shown on the website at the time of purchase.
4. Kaeros is not a recruitment agency
Kaeros does not act as your employer, recruiter, hiring agency, staffing agency, immigration advisor, regulated legal advisor, financial advisor, or guaranteed job-placement provider. We do not apply to jobs on your behalf unless a specific service expressly says so.
5. No guarantee of interviews, offers, or employment outcomes
Kaeros aims to improve the clarity, structure, presentation, and strategic quality of your career materials. However, hiring decisions depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee: job interviews; job offers; salary increases; promotion; visa approval; relocation success; recruiter responses; ATS performance in every system; ranking in job boards; LinkedIn visibility; employer acceptance; or any specific career outcome. Any examples, testimonials, case studies, research references, or marketing claims are illustrative and do not guarantee your individual result.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for: providing accurate, complete, lawful, and truthful information; making sure you have the right to share any documents or content you upload; reviewing final documents before using them; ensuring your CV and applications remain truthful; checking spelling, dates, names, qualifications, claims, contact details, and formatting; complying with employer, job-board, LinkedIn, immigration, professional, and local-law requirements; and deciding whether to use, edit, submit, or reject any document or advice provided. You must not upload false, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorised content.
7. Truthfulness and professional ethics
Kaeros may improve wording, structure, positioning, clarity, and presentation, but we do not knowingly fabricate qualifications, job titles, employment dates, degrees, licences, achievements, language levels, references, or experience. We may refuse, edit, or remove content that appears false, misleading, unethical, illegal, discriminatory, or high-risk.
8. Intake and missing information
Delivery quality depends on the information you provide. If your intake is incomplete, unclear, contradictory, or delayed, Kaeros may pause work, request clarification, extend delivery timelines, or deliver based on the information available. If you fail to respond within a reasonable time, we may place the order on hold or close it as incomplete.
9. Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed in writing. Timelines begin only after payment is confirmed and all required information, files, and intake responses are received. Kaeros is not responsible for delay caused by missing information, payment issues, technical problems, user inactivity, force majeure, provider outages, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.
10. Revisions, improvements, and role adaptations
Each package includes the revisions, improvements, or role adaptations shown at checkout. A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the delivered document based on the original intake, target role, and package scope. A revision does not include a completely new CV strategy, new target career direction, new language version, new role adaptation, new cover letter, new LinkedIn makeover, or large new information set unless included in your package or purchased separately. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery unless your package states otherwise. Kaeros may refuse revision requests that are abusive, excessive, outside scope, contradictory, unethical, unlawful, or based on new information not provided during intake.
11. Future credits, improvements, and package entitlements
Some packages may include credits, future improvements, role adaptations, interview sessions, coaching sessions, or other entitlements. Unless otherwise stated: credits are non-transferable; credits have no cash value; credits cannot be exchanged for refunds; credits must be used within 6 months from purchase; unused credits expire after the validity period.
12. Sessions, calls, no-shows, and rescheduling
If your package includes a human interview, coaching session, interview-preparation session, or strategy call, you are responsible for booking and attending on time. Unless otherwise stated: you may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice; late arrival may reduce session time; failure to attend may count as a used session; and sessions are not therapy, legal advice, immigration advice, or regulated career counselling unless expressly stated.
13. Prices, currencies, taxes, and regional pricing
Prices are shown before purchase. EU/EEA prices may be shown in EUR and rest-of-world prices may be shown in USD or another currency. The final checkout price controls. Taxes, VAT, currency conversion fees, bank fees, card fees, or provider charges may apply depending on your location and payment method. Kaeros may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect already confirmed orders unless required by law.
14. Payment
Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout. An order may not start until payment is confirmed, unless the service is free or expressly marked as payment-not-required. If a payment is reversed, charged back, disputed, refunded, or fails, Kaeros may suspend delivery, revoke access, pause revisions, or recover amounts due.
15. EU consumer withdrawal and customised services
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to legal exceptions. Because Kaeros services are personalised and may start quickly after purchase, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once the service is fully performed, you may lose your right of withdrawal where permitted by law. For personalised CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn content, and career documents made to your specifications, refund and withdrawal rights may be limited where permitted by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
16. Refund policy
Refunds are handled case by case and according to applicable law. Unless mandatory law gives you a right to refund, Kaeros may refuse refunds where: work has already started; a draft, review, feedback, document, call, or service has already been delivered; the service is personalised; the delay was caused by missing or late user information; the user changed their mind after work began; the user expected a guaranteed hiring outcome; the user failed to attend a booked session; the user violated these Terms; or the request is abusive, fraudulent, or outside the purchased scope. Where appropriate, Kaeros may offer a revision, credit, partial refund, or alternative solution at its discretion.
17. Free CV review
A free CV review is a limited, discretionary, no-cost service. It may include human or assisted feedback, but it does not include a full rewrite, full formatting, job application strategy, cover letter, LinkedIn rewrite, or unlimited support unless stated. Kaeros may limit, delay, refuse, or discontinue free reviews at any time.
18. User content licence
You keep ownership of the personal content you provide. You grant Kaeros a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy, edit, format, translate, adapt, process, store, and create derivative documents from your content as necessary to provide, improve, secure, and administer the services. This licence ends when your data is deleted, except where continued retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute, or legitimate business reasons.
19. Kaeros intellectual property
The Kaeros website, brand, logo, designs, templates, workflows, prompts, systems, questionnaires, service methods, copy, examples, internal processes, and non-user-created content are owned by Kaeros or its licensors. You may use delivered documents for your personal job-search and career purposes. You may not resell, copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, publish, train AI systems on, or commercially exploit Kaeros templates, workflows, or proprietary materials without written permission.
20. Third-party platforms and job boards
Kaeros may reference, link to, or help you prepare content for third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems, employer portals, email providers, or video-call platforms. Kaeros is not responsible for third-party terms, policies, outages, account restrictions, algorithmic behaviour, formatting changes, scraping rules, platform decisions, or employer systems. LinkedIn is a third-party platform. Kaeros is not affiliated with LinkedIn.
21. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Kaeros; attempt unauthorised access; upload malware; interfere with systems; scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the service; impersonate another person; submit false career information; harass staff; abuse free services; exploit bugs; use stolen payment methods; infringe intellectual property; violate privacy rights; or use Kaeros for unlawful purposes.
22. Suspension and refusal of service
Kaeros may suspend, restrict, cancel, or refuse service where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, legal risk, non-payment, chargeback, staff harassment, false information, operational impossibility, conflict of interest, sanctions risk, or violation of these Terms.
23. Disclaimers
Kaeros services are provided with reasonable care and skill. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided without guarantees that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every system, accepted by every employer, or successful in producing any specific career result. You are responsible for final review and use of all documents.
24. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaeros is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic losses, including lost job opportunities, lost salary, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, failed applications, employer decisions, or third-party platform issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaeros' total liability for any claim related to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
25. Changes to services and Terms
We may update services, packages, prices, policies, and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply from the date posted unless otherwise stated.
26. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you additional rights in your country of residence. Before starting legal proceedings, you agree to contact support@kaeros.app so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If you are a consumer, you may have access to consumer-protection bodies or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms under applicable law.
